My mission is to bridge the gap between fitness and curling performance by combining my background in health and exercise with years of experience as a competitive curler. I started GSA to help curlers at any level train with purpose and find more of their potential off the ice.

 

I’m passionate about helping people reach their own version of success. That’s why every program I design meets you where you’re at — no matter your goals, your experience, or where you're starting from.
